Because copper has a melting point of 1083 whereas aluminum has a melting point of 6600 centigrade. As a result, even at higher temperatures, copper will work better than aluminum. Nanotechnology is expensive. As a result, the products produced by the application of this technology are expensive. Another big problem is that some nanoparticles are harmful to the human body.
